I would think rental in that area would be P10-15K, so assuming at P10K, that takes care of half of your amortizations for the period covered by the lease.<br>(5)   Good investment – Because of #4, I think it’s a good investment because at the time of turnover, you would have invested only P60K + (P3,700 x 12 = P45K) or about P105K, and if you have it rented out, you would only be paying half the amortizations agad, so should you want to sell it in 2-3 years, you can still sell it at a good price because you were able to save on the amortizations.
